Incentive App General Terms & Conditions

1. Incentive App will run until further notice. Acme will provide reasonable notice of the promotion end date.
2. All sales registrations must include a serial number.
3. A sale is defined as a completed transaction of both payment and goods received.
4. Sale registrations are only valid on transactions which take place on the dealer’s retail premises. Internet sales are not included in the incentive, unless otherwise authorized by Acme.
5. No cash alternatives will be offered.
6. Any person leaving the employment of a participating reseller will forfeit any outstanding claims.
7. All Acme Rewards redemptions are subject to Acme review and approval.
8. Acme determines which products and trainings qualify to earn points.
9. Acme determines the point values for products to both earn and redeem points.
10. Rewards points are non-transferable and can only be used by the actual employee that sold the Acme equipment.
11. Acme reserves the right to amend or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.

Can I change my information? You can update your password on the website at present. To change any other information (e.g. reseller or branch), please send your request to [admin email] whereby a Acme employee will review and be involved in the updating of any information.
